• Service availability: Minimum 99.5% uptime guarantee 3. Requirements Applicants should provide the following information in their submissions: 1. Company profile and experience in data center services 2. Physical location of the data center (site address) 3. Technical layout of the data center 4. Description of power redundancy, cooling, and network setup 5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) details 6. Response time and escalation procedures for faults 7. Contract duration and renewal terms 8. References from at least three (3) existing corporate clients 9. Financial proposal, including details of: 1. Initial setup costs 2. Monthly and annual service costs (internet, hosting, and any other relevant charges)
